How many tattoo concepts do I get for my credits?
One concept (a clean design plus an on-skin preview) uses 20 credits, so 100 credits make about 5 concepts and 300 credits about 15. 4K exports and Builder exports also use 20 credits each.
Should I pick a plan or a credit pack?
A credit pack suits one tattoo you want to get right: pay once and the credits never expire. A monthly or annual plan costs less per credit and suits ongoing patchwork planning, where you keep adding pieces.
Do my credits expire?
Credits from a credit pack never expire. Plan credits unlock each month and each monthly batch expires at the next refresh. Annual plans are billed once a year and still unlock credits one month at a time.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Everyone gets 2 free concepts without signing up. Free results can be opened by anyone with the link, and their downloads carry a small watermark. Browsing the gallery and arranging layouts in the Builder are always free.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, cancel anytime from Billing in your account. The plan will not renew, and credits already unlocked stay usable until they expire.
Can I get a refund?
Credits and generated designs are digital products and are non-refundable once delivered. If you see a billing error, email support and we will review your payment record.
How is payment handled?
Checkout runs on Creem, a secure payment provider. Prices are in US dollars, and your card details go to Creem, not to us.
Can I take the designs to my tattoo artist?
Yes. Designs you create and exports you pay for are licensed for your own tattoo, and you can share them with your artist. Treat them as a concept your artist will redraw for your skin.
