Terms of Service

Patchwork Tattoos creates visual concepts for planning and inspiration. Bring your Clean Design, placement notes, and references to a professional tattoo artist. Always consult a professional tattoo artist before getting inked.

Your artist can adapt the concept to your anatomy, placement, size, and tattooing process.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in access secure.

Credits are used when the service generates a new design, a 4K export, a Patchwork Builder export, or a private Builder piece. Saving a design, creating a private share link, and downloading gallery designs are included at no cost.

Free and subscription credits expire. Purchased credits do not expire unless required by law.

Subscriptions can be canceled; next cycle will not renew. Credits already granted for the current period remain usable until they expire.

Gallery designs, and the previews, exports, and Builder layouts you create, are licensed to you for your own tattoo under our Design License at /license. You may share them with your tattoo artist.

You may not sell design files, redistribute them as a collection, or use them to build a competing gallery or dataset. Designs are AI-generated concepts and are not guaranteed to be unique.

Digital products are non-refundable. This includes generated images, credit packs, and subscription credits that have already been delivered.

If a billing error occurs, contact us so we can review the account and payment record.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, operated by Waffo.com Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase: it is the seller of record on your order, takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT for your country, and handles your card details under its buyer terms (https://www.waffo.ai/en/buyer-terms). We never see or store your full card number.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Your use of Patchwork Tattoos must follow our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use. It lists what you may not create or upload (sexual content, violence and gore, hate, anything that endangers children, deepfakes and impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement), how we check content, how to report content, and how to appeal.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or close accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms or that policy.

Designs are made with third-party AI models, which are named in the Acceptable Use Policy. AI output can be wrong, similar to existing artwork, or different from what you described; check every design with your tattoo artist.
